Why is it that you take my items into your possession?

eBay holds the Trading Assistant responsible for the items they have listed.  For        this reason, the item must be in my presence to verify condition, answer questions regarding the item to prospective buyers (ie: measurements, material, color, etc), and to ship the item directly from myself to the buyer as fast as possible.

How do you get my items?

I will be happy to pick them up, you can drop them off, or you can ship them here.

How long until I have my auction proceeds?

Items are generally listed for 7 days, however there are other duration options.  I will list the items within one week of receiving them.  After the auction, the item is shipped, and then I must wait to hear from the buyer.  If the transaction does not need to process an insurance claim, as soon as I hear from the buyer, your proceeds will be paid out.  Generally the process is between 2 - 4 weeks.  Your items are shipped worldwide, times may vary.

Who pays for shipping?

The buyer of the item pays all shipping charges; these are not your responsibility.

What if the buyer receives the item in a damaged condition?

I will do my best to ensure a safe delivery.  If something is damaged in shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility for the item.  They have the opportunity to buy shipping insurance.

Do you wait for payment before sending the item?

Yes

What if the bidder does not pay?

Occasionally this will happen.  eBay will refund the final value fees only, listing fees are not refunded.  If there is more than one bid, the item can be offered to the next highest bidder, or the item can be relisted.

Do you accept returns for items, and what happens with returns?

I do accept returns, but only in the case that the buyer feels the item was misrepresented.  Very rare, but if it does occur, I will contact you to see if you want to sell to another bidder or take the item back into your possession.

Do you send me information regarding the items and what they sold for?

With your payment you will receive an invoice with totals broken down into categories for an easy, quick reference.  You will also receive a spreadsheet with more detailed information regarding all fees and values for each specific item.
